Starting a thread for ideas of stuff to add or change in STRP. My ideas in no particular order:

• Day/night cycle (weather?)
  
• Radio/jukebox and instruments like guitars
  
• Defibrillator or adrenaline needle to bring someone back
  
• Backpack or some way to get more pockets
  
• Badge swep for undercover cops
  
• Tailor can make special bulletproof suits like john wick
  
• Small decorative props should be cheaper
  
• Hats (maybe can be shot off)
  
• Life insurance, only drop half your cash when you die
  
• Cigarettes/cigars for epic lung cancer roleplay
  
• Fishing with rods or traps (or hunting headcrabs in the sewers)
  
• More melee weapons like knives
  
• Organ harvesting. Cuff someone and use a knife to take their liver >:)
  
• Hint when using something (like "Eating Tenders Combo..." or "Collecting trash...")
