Addon Documentation

It has come to my attention that a few of my addons would greatly benefit from the addition of better documentation. Because of this, I took some time to write up some very basic yet helpful documentation for the three main addons I could think of that would benefit the most: STRaidKit Redux Rewrite, Long Use Entity Base, and Hunt Health.
