QoL Update

Today, I've added a few things to increase the general quality of gameplay:
- Added Simple Halo Killstreaks
- You will now hear a callout and see a message in chat when you're on killstreaks and when you earn multi-kills.

- Added Halo 2 Reload Indicators
- You will now see a small icon under your crosshair when your mag is almost empty, when your ammo is low, and when your ammo is gone.
- You will now see a small icon under your crosshair when your mag is almost empty, when your ammo is low, and when your ammo is gone.
- Props placed near control points will now fizzle out of existence.
- This hasn't been an issue yet, but it's a cool effect!
