Session One Update

This is another minor update that's more-or-less part of the previous one:
- The infiltrator can now select the new Stim Pack perk, which doubles their stamina.
- The guard medic class now has a bonus: Stim Shot, which gives them an extra 50% stamina.
- All players can now use their flashlight.
