fully accurate, as there are three separate values relating to recoil (up, down, and horizontal) and two separate values for spread (hip-fire and ironsight). Unless otherwise noted, a change in recoil means a change in the upwards value, and a change in spread means a change in the hip-fire value, but that doesn't mean the other two weren't affected. I did not make or edit any of these weapons. All weapons are used as provided by Global and Kamikaze. Without their work, this server would not be possible.
